TERMS & SERVICE AGREEMENT

Ahern Cleaning, LLC Services:
Let us come and take care of all those cleaning tasks you don’t want or have time to do. We offer a variety of services: 

• Carpet Cleaning
• Upholstery Cleaning
• Tile & Grout Cleaning
• Power Washing Services
• Window Cleaning
• Gutter Cleaning
• Move In/Move Out Cleaning
• Post Construction Clean Up
• Emergency Water Extraction

Calling Hours:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If we are very busy, you may get our voice mail. We return our calls within 24-48 hours. If you reach us after hours, your call will be returned by our next business day. If you are calling on Saturday or Sunday, we will return your call on our next business day. As for scheduling, we have a flexible cleaning schedule and work with the homeowner to book a time that will work for everyone. We do book in advance so it is best to call and request an estimate and booking as soon as you know you need a service we provide. Holidays:
We are closed on all major holidays and one week during the summer.

Payment Policy: Payment is due on the day of service by cash, check or credit card. Credit Card transactions will be charged a 3% processing fee.

Late Cancellation/No Show Fees: If you wish to cancel or reschedule, at least 48 business hours' notice is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages.

If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, a cancellation fee of $65.00 will be charged to you.

Returned Check Fee: Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee, and may incur late payment fees if the issue is not immediately remedied.

Ahern Cleaning, LLC is fully licensed and insured.

Ahern Cleaning strives to provide outstanding services for our clients. We work hard to keep our 5 Star Rating. If you are happy with our services we ask that you write us a review on our Facebook page so future clients can see your reviews.

If you are unhappy with any cleaning service provided we want to know too, you are required to notify us within 48 hours of service in order for us to address and correct the problem. If we receive prompt notification, we will come back to examine the problem. If the problem involves the quality of service we have provided, we pledge to correct the problem at no charge for your inconvenience.
